Role Overview

Reporting to the Group Director, the  Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of educators to provide exceptional care and education. Key responsibilities include:

•    Developing and implementing engaging curriculums that foster a love for learning.
•    Overseeing staff development, training, and performance management.
•    Establishing strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
•    Driving marketing and enrollment initiatives to enhance the nursery’s presence.
•    Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE experience in early years education.
• A CACHE Level 5 certification.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A proactive and innovative approach to nursery management and curriculum development.
