Role Overview
Reporting to the Group Director, the Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of educators to provide exceptional care and education. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing engaging curriculums that foster a love for learning.
- Overseeing staff development, training, and performance management.
- Establishing strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
- Driving marketing and enrollment initiatives to enhance the nurserys presence.
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements
- UAE experience in early years education.
- A CACHE Level 5 certification.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A proactive and innovative approach to nursery management and curriculum development.
