About the Role:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead and manage a nursing unit within the division, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and efficient unit operations. This is a 24/7 accountability role, demanding passion, leadership, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of patient care, upholding established guidelines and protocols.
• Manage staff performance, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Develop and implement unit-level strategic plans, optimising budget and resources.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment for your team.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives and patient safety practices.
• Participate in educational activities and stay current with nursing advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Master's preferred)
• Current RN license and relevant certifications
• At least 7-9 years of clinical nursing experience (depending on degree)
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to quality improvement and patient safety
