Responsibilities:
Search for new clients in the object/project sales channel, HoReCa, in the construction segment, as well as among architects and developers in RF/Belarus/Central Asia;
Participation in tenders, preparation of necessary documentation;
Control of deliveries, control of product availability;
Timely provision of marketing materials to clients;
Preparation of necessary documentation, solutions for clients;
Independently maintaining customer analytics, reporting to the management;
Participation in exhibitions;
Negotiating at all levels of decision making.
Requirements:
Higher completed education;
Experience in project/object sales is a must (preferably with premium products);
Knowledge of English at least pre-intermediate level (for training in English, rare correspondence) is desirable;
Ability to analyze information, to conduct sales process from the beginning to the result;
Presentation skills;
Communicability, responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team, assiduity.
Conditions:
Official employment under the Labor Code;

Work in an office in northern Moscow (rare business trips, mostly in the region of Moscow and the region); schedule 5 / 2 in the office of the company - the willingness to work in this mode!
