Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for office staff;
- Organization of business trips;
- Document management with clients and suppliers;
- Preparation of reports, presentations at the request of the manager;
- Participation in the organization of events;Life support of the office;
- Receiving calls, meeting guests.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the administrative field;
- English proficiency, at least Intermediate;
- Attentiveness, ability to work in a multitasking mode and set priorities.
