Responsibilities:

• Organizing and placing factory orders for the delivery of goods. Communication with factories regarding order changes
• Analyzing inventory balances and movement of goods
• Communication with the sales department. Coordinating changes of orders and customer invoices with the sales managers
• Product database maintenance (adding new catalog numbers, correction of discontinued products)
• Bringing in, monitoring and controlling the selling prices of the goods
• Handling claims
• Participation in inventory control

Requirements:

• Higher technical/economic education
• Experience in purchasing equipment
• SAP as a plus.
• English proficiency - at least Intermediate
