Responsibilities:
Advising customers on stock availability, delivery dates, shipping methods, product purchasing rules and optimal ordering;
Drawing up contracts, invoices, buyer's orders, commercial offers;
Placing an order for the supply of products, registration of requests for logistics services, control at all stages of performance;
Assistance to the broker in the preparation of documents for the customs clearance procedure;
Organization of ground logistics for the delivery of goods to customers, control over the delivery;
Providing information on all areas of his/her service activities and results as required by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:
Experience of 2 years or more in a similar field:
Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level (to conduct business correspondence);
Experience in 1C.
