Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Director who, in close collaboration with the General Management, will be responsible for defining and managing our client's industrial production, sourcing and supply chain strategy, in perfect alignment with its overall strategic vision. You will play a key role in the structuring, development and transformation of industrial operations and the supply chain, ensuring continuous performance improvement and the smooth integration of new activities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement an operational organisation focused on quality, customer focus, continuous improvement and performance.
- Carry out a thorough review of your area of responsibility and develop an ambitious strategy and action plan to optimise operations.
- Ensure customer commitments are met while optimising operating costs.
- Lead the digitalisation of operations, particularly in the areas of demand and supply planning.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure harmonious convergence between all units.

- Customer satisfaction and complaint handling
Profile- University degree (Bac+5, Engineering) with at least 8 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to lead complex and challenging transformations.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and unite teams.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and processes with a strong focus on results.
- Fluency in French and professional English
Salary
+/- €120,000 per year + performance bonus.
The position is based in the Paris region with regular travel to the production site in the provinces.
