About my client: My client is a leading digital platform company for real estate.
The ideal candidate would manage and run the functional operations teams and be responsible for strategic planning, ongoing operations, performance management, and process improvement. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with different stakeholders to continuously improve process
- Monitor key metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and dig into root causes to understand and address emerging trends
- Rapidly execute on solutions when problems or challenges have been identified
- Work with adjacent teams to ensure your operations are delivering the best possible customer experience
- You’ll monitor team productivity, manage goals, and drive efficiency
- Responsible for ensuring proper implementation of process level strategies to ensure delivery of key SLA's
Experience needed
- At least 7+ years of experience in operations, any transition experience will be added advantage
- Has experience in managing critical operational processes, with SLA responsibility
- Worked in process improvement
