Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery and deployments of Oracle SaaS/Fusion Applications projects in the HCM and FSCM domains.
• Delivering projects in HCM, Fin & SCM tracks.
• Familiar with change and release management methodologies and have demonstrated experience in leading systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, and functional configuration.
• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analyses.
• Defining communication strategies and driving innovation using Test & Process Automation, ChatBots, PaaS Extensions, Blockchain, etc.

Qualification:

• Over 15 years of experience implementing Oracle ERP projects, with a focus on Oracle ERP Cloud Applications for more than 5 years.
• Delivered a min of 3+ end to end implementations across HCM & Finance (OR) SCM & Finance modules.
• Extensive knowledge in implementing Oracle ERP projects for large global organizations
• Experience with digital technologies like Automation, AI, and Blockchain preferred.
