Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Analyst with experience on Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud at our Global Shared Services Office at Hyderabad. This position is responsible to
- Support and maintain the existing OTM/GTM cloud Production environment
- Help with testing Quarterly updates from Oracle and rolling out new features
- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud.
- Lead the integration of Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud with Microsoft D365 ERP and other ERP applications.
- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
Key Responsible Areas:
- Providing production support for Logistics Applications
- To assist in the implementation of the OTM solution across CS business units.
- Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and end-user training.
- Facilitate solution design workshops
- Develop business process designs, perform functional configuration and perform unit testing
- Develop conversion and system implementation plans.
- Identify functionality gaps and provide solutions for them
- Write function design documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions
- Support business users with the execution of test scripts
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Consistently produces clear and concise status reports
- To work in collaboration with oracle support for resolving critical bugs
- To work independently on projects and production support with minimum supervision
- Working with solution architects and technical SMEs to translate project requirements into solution designs, project estimates, and activity plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Experience:
- Should be familiar with implementing Inbound and Outbound processes with in-depth experience in OTM Configuration for all processes, including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Shipment Execution, Freight Settlement and claims.
- Must have at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud
- Should have a good understanding of the OTM architecture
- Should have excellent knowledge on agents, saved queries, workflows and user configurations
- Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues
- Should have excellent knowledge OTM/GTM data model and to write scripts in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
- OTM Integration experience with external systems and knowledge of XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, XML mappings will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Technical Skills: Experience in Oracle OTM and GTM modules
Nice to have skills: Functional knowledge of other logistics applications
Soft Skills: Ability to lead and motivate personnel
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal, written, and technical communication
Strong analytical skills
Certifications: Oracle Cloud OTM/GTM Certification is preferred.
Industry background: 6+ years’ experience as an OTM consultant.
Required Education: Have a bachelor’s degree or related discipline.
