Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  • Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, including fractures, joint replacements, sports injuries, and spinal conditions.
  • Perform a wide range of orthopaedic procedures, such as arthroscopic surgeries, joint replacements, and spinal surgeries.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex orthopaedic cases.
  • Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
• Clinical Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of orthopaedic surgery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopaedic surgery technology and techniques.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential:
  • Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Significant clinical experience in orthopaedic surgery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
• Desirable:
  • Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine)
  • Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
