Job Purpose
They’re looking for an Outbound Inside Sales Expert to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our freight forwarding and sourcing solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated, consultative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Exceed new customer acquisition and booking KPIs and targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending the right logistics and sourcing solutions. Guide them in using their platform .
- Manage and report daily pipelines within CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of activity and results.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve processes and solutions.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, selling to North American small businesses or consumer segments, selling value-based solutions.
- Proven record of exceeding KPIs in new customers booking targets Experience conducting high-volume, high-intensity outbound calls to prospects.
- Experience in logistics, global freight forwarding, or eCommerce preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills in English (American or British accent preferred).
- Empathetic, customer-focused attitude and ability to think creatively to solve customer needs.• Persistent, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset with a consultative sales approach.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
