Looking for:

Experienced F&B professional with focus in restaurants and bars

High level of written and spoken English and Portuguese , other language is a plus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Ensure highest level of Safety for Guests and Staff.
 Ensures the highest service standards provided by a team of well-trained and motivated employees
 The optimisation of the revenue of the Restaurant department, to be achieved through the efficient
and effective use of all resources
 Builds relationship with key stakeholders, guests and clients, to secure a base of loyalty.
 Ensures proper manning and utilization of resources through proper forecasting of business
volumes.
 Responsible for coordinating with Venue Head Chef, Reservations team, Lobby Ambassador in the
day to day operation of the outlet
 Work closely with Marketing, PR & FB Sales, to improve Venue visibility and Sales strategy.
 To be accountable for the control and issue of materials and equipment, maintenance of records of
same and to ensure secure and safe storage of same
