Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and conduct capacity building, and community training events and workshops for the incubation center aligning with broader University Institute Innovation Council (IIC) activities, Ministry of Education (MoE).
- Conduct outreach activities/events/ workshop/trainings for college students and budding entrepreneurs in innovation and entrepreneurship. Identify and onboard speakers, vendors, and trainers.
- Work closely with our startup founders and manage their training needs.
- Multi stakeholder management: GoI bodies such as Startup India, MeitY, AIM, other Ministries, State Govt.; budding entrepreneurs; incubated startups; VCs; industry experts; and international collaborators.
- Representation of FSID, and multi-stakeholder management at forums such as Aero India, Bangalore Tech Summit, G20 etc.
- Create and disseminate content on our social media accounts. Reporting on portals as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Post-Graduate in any sciences / Management Upto to 4 years’ experience.
- Extremely good written & presentation skills.
- Very good coordination skills. Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities and flexible to go outside the JD as needed.
- Past internship experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MoE’ IIC portal will be added advantage.
- Fluent in English; Working knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.
