About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and develop individualised treatment plans for each child's unique needs.
- Master a diverse range of surgical techniques, ensuring precision and minimal invasiveness whenever possible.
- Lead and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, fostering seamless care and clear communication.
- Oversee postoperative care and manage potential complications, ensuring smooth recovery and healing.
- Actively participate in research activities, potentially leading to publications and presentations, advancing knowledge in the field.
- Contribute to teaching and training of residents and fellows, fostering the next generation of paediatric surgeons.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or equivalent in Surgery with subspecialty training in Paediatric Surgery from Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a busy paediatric surgical practice with demonstrably positive patient outcomes.
- Proven expertise in managing a wide range of paediatric surgical conditions and performing diverse surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a child-centred and empathetic approach.
- A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
