About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Tech Lead with 15+ years of overall experience and 1.5–2 years of hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundry. The ideal candidate will lead complex data engineering initiatives, work closely with cross-functional teams, and build scalable solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Budget: ₹32–36 LPA
Job Type: Contract 6 months and Extendable
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data engineering efforts for medium to complex analytics problems.

• Design and develop Foundry front-end applications, ontologies, and data pipelines.

• Create and manage Foundry Ontology Objects and implement data transformations.

• Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Actively contribute to agile ceremonies: stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.

• Maintain comprehensive data catalog documentation and promote best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills

• Palantir Foundry (1.5–2 years minimum)

• Python & PySpark

• SQL

• Tools: Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins/CodeBuild, CodePipeline

• Experience with platform monitoring & alerting tools

Ideal Candidate

• Strong hands-on engineering leader with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ready to work on-site full-time in Hyderabad.
