Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Advising heads of departments, employees of the company and specialists of the outsourcing company on the salary calculation;
- Data preparation on time for salary calculation and submission of information to the outsourcing company (all changes related to the employees’ transfers, sick leaves, additional payments), checking the payroll;
- Salary payments, advance payments and inter-advance payments on time, work in special program of the Alfa-Bank;
- Work with timesheets;
- Accrual of bonuses and compensations;
- Tracking changes in labor and tax legislation, support company employees on issues related to labor legislation (headcount - 2000 people);
- Interaction with the bank, registration of bank cards for company employees;
- Monthly reports;
- Simulations of various bonus schemes for store employees:
- Participation in projects with colleagues from other countries.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of Payroll Specialist - 3 years;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- Experienced Excel user:
- Strong communication skills, stress resistance, responsibility, ability to work with large volumes of information.
