The Performance Manager is responsible for enhancing employee performance by implementing strategies and managing the performance and rewards system, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. They analyze data, measure program effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance management cycle, ensuring its effectiveness and relevance to the business.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Business Line Management to address performance issues and promote Performance Management and Strategy.
- Handle internal and external stakeholder queries and provide management reports.
- Design, implement, and monitor Performance Management to align employee understanding with goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain merit-based reward and recognition programs to optimize employee motivation and performance.
- Administer the reward and recognition program, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Manage KRS (Key Result Areas) and employee goal setting.
Desired Profile:
- HR professional with 8-10 years of experience in Performance Management, rewards and recognition, and organizational development.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant exposure, including setting up the performance management vertical.
- Proficient in designing and implementing performance cycles, appraisal cycles, goal setting, competency development, and career planning.
- Experienced in handling appraisal cycles and skilled in metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with emerging trends, issues, and best practices.
- Excellent communication with business units, stakeholders, and internal/external employees.
- Preferred candidates from IT, SaaS, and Product Start-ups who are available for immediate joining.
