Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing the manager's calendar and office hours
- Full administrative and organisational support
- Minutes taking meetings
- Supervising execution of orders
- Preparing analytical reports (power point, excel)
- Travel support
- Personal manager's tasks
- Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an assistant
- English at least Upper-intermediate
- Willingness to multi-task, irregular working hours
- Responsibility, independence in problem solving, punctuality, tactfulness
- PC user
