1. Category Manager – Orthopedics
Role Description
- Drive category strategy, portfolio growth, and lifecycle management for Orthopedics segment
- Identify new product opportunities (e.g., pain management, bone health, joint care) and lead launches
- Analyze market trends, competition, and doctor insights to shape brand positioning
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain for execution excellence
- Manage P&L, pricing strategy, and promotional effectiveness
Experience & Qualifications
- 8–12 years in Pharma Marketing, with 3–5 years in Orthopedics / Pain Management
- MBA (Marketing) preferred; B.Pharm / Life Sciences background desirable
- Proven track record of successful product launches and portfolio growth
