Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules (Level I–IV) using Primavera P6
-
Track progress, update schedules, and perform critical path and float analysis
-
Generate look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans
-
Conduct earned value and schedule variance analysis
-
Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction for schedule updates
-
Support change management, time impact assessments, and EOT claims
-
Coordinate with cost control for time-cost integration
-
Identify and assess schedule risks
Mandatory Requirements
-
8–12 years of planning experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
-
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project planning techniques
-
Experience with resource- and cost-loaded schedules
-
Strong understanding of EPC lifecycle and WBS
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s in engineering
-
PMP certification or equivalent (advantageous)

Experience with Primavera
