Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules (Level I–IV) using Primavera P6

• Track progress, update schedules, and perform critical path and float analysis

• Generate look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans

• Conduct earned value and schedule variance analysis

• Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction for schedule updates

• Support change management, time impact assessments, and EOT claims

• Coordinate with cost control for time-cost integration

• Identify and assess schedule risks

Mandatory Requirements

• 8–12 years of planning experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project planning techniques

• Experience with resource- and cost-loaded schedules

• Strong understanding of EPC lifecycle and WBS

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering

• PMP certification or equivalent (advantageous)

• Experience with Primavera
