Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership and Direction of Production Site, in alignment with financial and operational KPI's.
• Proactive drive and focus on HSSE behaviours, lead by example on Safety and to create a sustainable ‘Safety first’ culture.
• Oversee and co-ordinate the day to day operational activities of the plant. Develop people, systems and technology
• Ensure effective planning and control of procurement, pricing and production variances.
• Rationalize the company structure for an efficient labour utilization.
• Support and develop a capital expenditure programme in alignment with business needs.

Requirements:

• Operational experience in a manufacturing environment is desired with any flexible packaging knowledge a benefit.
• A track record of HSSE ownership and involvement.
• Strong communication and presenting skills.
• People Management and negotiation skills.
• Customer facing experience.
