Job Summary:

The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. He/she will develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in plant management and a deep understanding of the automotive components industry.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a plant management role in the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of automotive component manufacturing processes and quality standards.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
