Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  • Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive conditions, including facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, and burn repair.
  • Perform a variety of plastic surgery procedures, both surgical and non-surgical.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex plastic surgery cases.
  • Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.

• Clinical Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of plastic surgery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential:
  • Board certification in Plastic Surgery
  • Significant clinical experience in plastic surgery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
• Desirable:
  • Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., aesthetic surgery, microsurgery)
  • Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
  • A passion for teaching and research
