Your tasks as a PLM Manager – Electronic Components:
They are the driver for the development and implementation of a systematic modular management system for our product portfolio. In doing so, you will work closely with key stakeholders.
You will identify and evaluate groundbreaking product architecture development projects.
As an expert in efficient product architecture management, especially using the METUS software, you will lead the establishment and development of our internal METUS specialists.
You will actively support the implementation of a product configurator solution in the context of ERP and PLM.
By aligning the modular roadmaps with the roadmaps for products, technology and innovation, you make a significant contribution to the strategic alignment.
In close cooperation with the marketing, product development and production departments, you will promote the introduction of new methods and ways of working.
As a key person, you will work closely with global standardization bodies.
This is what sets you apart:
German language skills at C1 level.
Good knowledge of English at B2 level.
Flexibility for hybrid work models.
Your profile:
Degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business informatics or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in product development and change processes, as well as in-depth knowledge of product architectures and modularization.
Experience in business process modeling, especially in the engineering field, and expertise in lean methodologies.
Initiative, assertiveness and the ability to think abstractly.
