About the role:

As a Lead Power BI Developer, you'll be responsible for buildling Data Warehousing & Power BI capabilities, developing impactful visualizations, reports, and dashboards. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll gather requirements, define system architecture, and create functional and technical documentation. Your expertise in data modeling and Dimensional Modeling will be crucial in converting data into insightful metrics that drive business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5-8 years' experience in Power BI report/dashboard creation, development, and administration.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Power BI, including Dimensional Modeling, DAX, and Visualization skills.
• Experience in embedding dashboards/reports in web pages, SharePoint sites, intranet sites, and knowledge of Power BI licensing models.
• Experience supporting self-service analytics with Power BI.
• Strong knowledge in developing, updating, and monitoring ETL data processes in preparation for dashboards.
• Working knowledge of SQL with any RDBMS, preferably SQL Server

Additional Requirement:

• Experience handling data coming from ERP or SAP systems and converting the data into dashboards and report metrics for business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data modeling techniques to design efficient and scalable data structures for analytics purposes.
