As we continue to shape the narrative of luxury rooted in heritage, we are seeking a PR & Marketing Specialist who can carry this vision forward with integrity, strategic foresight, and refined execution.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with a nuanced understanding of luxury and cultural storytelling. This role involves managing media relations, spearheading marketing initiatives, and crafting a digital presence that reflects quiet elegance and timeless relevance — across both traditional and modern platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Editorial Strategy
- Develop and lead press strategies that amplify the brand’s presence in leading fashion and lifestyle media (for example GQ, Elle Man, MansWorld, Robb Report, The Rake, Vogue India)
- Build and nurture relationships with senior editors, journalists, stylists, and cultural influencers
- Craft high-touch press communications, from collection notes to designer profiles, aligned with the brand’s regal tone and narrative depth
- Curate press events, private viewings, and couture showcases for media and elite clientele
- Manage and monitor media coverage, ensuring placements reflect the brand’s aspirational ethos
Marketing & Brand Campaigns
- Conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns for seasonal collections, heritage projects, and designer-led initiatives
- Work with creative teams to produce campaign imagery and storytelling assets that highlight artisanal techniques, royal inspirations, and sartorial detail
- Elevate brand perception through partnerships, collaborations, and cultural moments tied to tradition and modern luxury
- Support all branded communication assets — from lookbooks to exclusive client newsletters
Digital & Social Media Strategy
- Lead the tone and visual identity of the brand across social platforms (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn), maintaining discretion and finesse
- Develop a content calendar that showcases craftsmanship, behind-the-scenes stories, heritage moments, and product highlights
- Collaborate with photographers, content creators, and stylists to develop visuals that resonate with global and niche audiences
- Monitor engagement, digital trends in luxury menswear, and refine the brand’s digital voice while preserving elegance
Influencer & Cultural Relations
- Identify and manage relationships with tastemakers, entrepreneurs, and public figures aligned with the brand’s stature and philosophy
- Coordinate styling for public appearances, high-society events, and bespoke appointments
- Engage selectively in influencer activations that prioritize long-term brand equity over mass appeal
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in luxury fashion/couture communications or marketing heritage/designer-led Indian brands
- Established network across fashion media, stylists, cultural editors, and luxury influencers
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with a sharp visual eye and appreciation for heritage fashion
- Understanding of bespoke fashion, textile craftsmanship, and slow luxury
- Experience managing social media for premium/luxury brands with a refined digital tone
- Discreet, articulate, and able to represent the brand with grace in both private and public-facing settings
- Familiarity with fashion events, couture presentations, and elite guest management
- Insight into luxury clientele expectations and lifestyle communication
