Key Responsibilities:

Own the P&L and overall performance of the ITSM unit.

Define and execute business strategy and growth plans.

Ensure high-quality delivery of ITSM projects and services.

Lead, mentor, and scale senior and delivery teams.

Build strong client relationships and engage with CXOs.

Drive innovation, automation, and process improvements.

Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to win new business opportunities.
Mandatory Skills / Experience:

15+ years in IT with strong ITSM expertise (ServiceNow, BMC, Cherwell, or Ivanti).

Proven leadership in managing business units or large teams.
-
Strong stakeholder management and CXO engagement skills.
-
Track record of driving revenue growth and successful ITSM delivery.
