My client is a multi-million dollar global brand. They are one of the largest providers of enterprise-grade open-source software products, Linux Systems and Edge computing solutions. They are headquartered in Germany. They have 60-70% of their worldwide customer base including major Fortune 500 organizations and other global giants in the industry. Currently looking for a Support Engineer to join their team in Bangalore.
Location - Banaglore.
Experience - 6+ years.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrable experience as a Support Engineer providing L2 and L3 level support in Linux domain
2. Should be proficient in high availability and clustering technologies
3. Experience in scripting language is a must
4. Troubleshooting experience in booting issues, system and storag provisioning, network issues, supporting SAP application in Linux platform
