Main responsibilities:

Development and maintenance of technological documentation for production products

Control and maintenance of technological processes of production of ceramic building materials on sites:

Mass preparation (formulations, proportioning, parameters of the units);
Molding (molding parameters, condition and adjustment of nozzles, schemes of setting on drying carts);
Drying; Setting (quality of dry "raw material", setting diagrams on kiln cars);
Roasting;
Unloading (quality compliance of the finished product, the scheme of laying on a pallet, packaging, display in the warehouse)
Optimization of technological processes to reduce costs by reducing: rejects; energy costs, etc;

Launch of new products, their and existing products optimization to: the technological capabilities of the line; market requirements.

Reporting to the Chief Technologist of the enterprise.

Requirements:
Experience in production technology (ceramics or building materials) profile education. We are ready to invite to cooperation a graduate of the university profile specialty.
