Position: Process Improvement - Lab Operations Manager
Reports To: : Process Improvement Lead
Functional Area: Operations
Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai
Requirement Immediate: Yes
Travel Requirement in the role: 10 % of working days
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identification of pain points and process gaps that could lead to failures; implementing actions to close the process gaps.
- Implementing and sustaining 5S across functions.
- Maintaining a log of customer complaints and implementing actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Working closely with IT team for generating dashboards/reports that could be used for early identification of potential failures
- The debottlenecking process to ensure that turnaround time is met.
- Working on crashing cycle times
- Build, and analyze data for visibility, process adherence, and corrective action against gaps in the process
Mandatory Requisites:
1. Educational requirement: Graduation in any field, MBA from tier-2/ tier 3 MBA college
2. Experience: 5 years of work experience and at least 2 years of experience in process improvement. / Industry experience in healthcare is preferable
3. Technical / other Proficiency – Proficient in excel, project management
4. Willingness to work with all diversities
