Position: Process Improvement Lead - Sr. Manager

Reports To: : General Manager, Operations

Functional Area: Operations

Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

Requirement Immediate: Yes

Travel Requirement in the role: 10 % of working days

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identification of pain points and process gaps that could lead to failures; implementing actions to close the process gaps.
• Implementing and sustaining 5S across functions.
• Maintaining a log of customer complaints and implementing actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Working closely with IT team for generating dashboards/reports that could be used for early identification of potential failures
• The debottlenecking process to ensure that turnaround time is met.
• Working on crashing cycle times
• Build, and analyze data for visibility, process adherence, and corrective action against gaps in the process

Mandatory Requisites:

1. Educational requirement: Graduation in any field, MBA from tier-2/ tier 3 MBA college

2. Experience: 5 years of work experience and at least 2 years of experience in process improvement

3. Technical / other Proficiency – Proficient in excel, project management

4. Willingness to work with all diversities
