Antal International Iasi Office is looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement and Logistics Specialist to support the Procurement Team in an international company which has its Manufacturing Headquarter in Roman, Neamt County.

In this role, you are responsible for these main tasks:

• PO Placements and production follow up
• On-time dispatch of finished pieces
• Tracking of the shipped garments
• Carry out direct delivery correctly
• Monitor and take required actions to ensure 100% customer order fulfilment of SMS and bulk production
• Check and account invoices
• Internal communication in case of delay and production issue
• Procurement and stock analysis
• Purchasing of raw materials

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

• Commercial education; any further education is a plus
• 1-2 years of working experience in a similar area
• Very good analytical skills
• Proficient MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality with a positive mindset
• Flexibility
• Very good language skills in English and Romania
