Job Summary:

The Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing procurement and supply chain data to improve decision-making, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves building dashboards, tracking supplier performance, and supporting strategic sourcing through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and visualization skills, with a keen understanding of procurement processes and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data from multiple sources (ERP, vendor reports, spend databases).

• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI / Tableau / Excel to track procurement KPIs.

• Support sourcing and category teams with spend analysis, cost modeling, and supplier benchmarking.

• Identify trends, savings opportunities, and process improvement areas through data insights.

• Assist in supplier evaluation, risk assessment, and performance tracking.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sourcing) for data validation and reporting.

• Prepare regular MIS and executive summaries for leadership review.
