- Must have hotel /hospitality experience
- Strong network of suppliers/contracts
- Strong attention to detail
- Be flexible and be able to work independently
- Must be able to drive
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Purchasing management qualifications a plus
- Must have the legal right to work and live in UK (no visa available)
