Job Summary:

The Procurement Systems Lead will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement technology initiatives including ERP, e-sourcing, and supplier management systems. This role ensures that procurement tools and platforms are effectively utilized, integrated with business processes, and aligned with organizational goals. The candidate will act as a bridge between procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance system capabilities, automate workflows, and deliver data-driven insights for strategic sourcing and spend optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize procurement technology platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer, etc.).

• Lead system implementation, upgrades, and integration with finance and ERP systems.

• Develop and maintain procurement process workflows, approval hierarchies, and compliance controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system configurations.

• Drive data analytics and reporting for spend visibility and supplier performance.

• Train and support users across global procurement operations.

• Ensure governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of procurement digital tools.
