French company which develops, manufactures, and sells medical devices for the surgeon. Client is acting on the market of sterilized single use medical devices for operating room. It is specialized in sutures, devices for temporary and permanent vascular occlusion, wall reinforcement, surgical glue, single use instruments for laparoscopic surgery, drains, etc. Our company is the unique French firm manufacturing and selling surgical sutures and is the European leader for homeostatic clips.

Responsibilities:

• You will help develop marketing and promotional plans designed to ensure successful response from key customers and drive the implementation of these plans with sales management.
• Assist in conducting market research to analyze competitive activity and work to identify key strategic segments and messaging for product lines.
• You will meet with customers, geographic partners, and field sales representatives to develop and execute sales force strategies and tactics.
• In engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), you will actively participate in advisory board meetings related to Cardiac Surgery products and keep in frequent contact with KOLs to incorporate their input into your strategic plans.
• You will help lead support of key Cardiac Surgery congresses — interact with and influence the top clinical leaders in our field.
• You will assist with preparing selling and product positioning materials to support the sales force and maintain frequent communication with them, providing high-value product and market insights.
