Job Description
- Partner with Product Owners to plan for infrastructure, platform support, and observability needs for new market launches.
- Partner with stakeholders and other product teams to gather top-level scope and requirements.
- Capture, track, and provide status on top risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Identify key decision points for escalation and maintain decision logs.
- Communicate regular updates to stakeholders and the Yum! SRE Leadership Team.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product team. Encourage experimentation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
