As a Product Manager, this role is the critical glue that connects the Product Strategy with Product execution. You would be accountable for the discovery and delivery of product and solution capabilities.

Understand, assess, and develop product themes in alignment with Product Strategy, to ensure product teams are working on creating the best impact. 

The ideal candidate should have 11+ years of experience, with 7+ years of product owner/management experience across B2C/B2B/B2B2C products. 

Should have 3+ years experience, in designing and delivering awesome user experiences on mobile platforms(iOS/Android).  

Demonstrated experience in talking to users, synthesis of user problems/workflows, and design thinking approach to product management.  

Working knowledge of architecture and technology stacks to be able to facilitate and engage with engineering teams.   

Experience with gathering/analyzing product usage insights using product analytics platforms like Heap, Pendo, Mixpanel. 

Ability to structure open-ended problems & derive analyses data to discover user insights  

Ability to develop features and solution specs by translating user data & insights. 

Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects, with fast-paced iterative product development cycles. 

Familiar and comfortable with agile/scrum development methodologies  

Solid presentation skills and experience communicating with business as well as technical audiences. Able to write clear and concise documentation, excellent written and spoken communication skills. 

Bachelor’s degree preferred in an engineering discipline or an MBA with relevant industry experience
