Core Job Responsibilities:
· deliver high quality programs to attain market share and market sales goals
· understand market dynamics thoroughly to identify current and future areas of opportunity; make markets, not only respond to markets
· proactively identify strategic programs targeted to improve market position
· challenge traditional local approaches to market and create novel approach for capturing share
· work with other colleagues and departments to find most effective way of increasing sales through strategic cooperation and/or improving productivity
· identify areas for own development and work with management to pursue
· manage and hold promotional budget
The requirements:
- medical/pharmaceutical education
- successful launches
- brand management experience (3+years)
- collaboration with KOls
- English Upper-intermediate
