Candidate Profile/Job Description

 

Your tasks & responsibilities

 

Conceptualize and coordinate product related training for partners and new recruits!

 

Support and follow up on the product launch process in cooperation with the Country Manager and HQ

    Coordinate all product related materials such as catalogs, flyers, websites etc. including translation of content

   Develop sales-supporting product documentation for partners (e.g. product one pager)

  Implement product campaigns.

  Support Service Center team in supplying product related Q&A to partners/customers.

  Perform and provide analysis of market data, identification of  patterns, competitive research to support marketing initiatives, and storytelling   for actionable objectives and tactics to support sales and marketing decisions

The position is not home office, it is an on premise position, readiness to move to Lyon is important

 

 YOUR PROFILE

English Language Level C1

Native French

o   Professional education and experience in the health & beauty sector

o   3 years’ work experience as a field sales trainer at pharma or compatible sectors

o   Excellent communication skills

o   Good interpersonal communication

o   MLM-related experience is needed.

o   Hands-on mentality

o   Team spirit

o   Willingness to travel and flexibility.

o   Good knowledge of MS-Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

o   Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
