Job Description:
Role: Product Sales Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, Pune
Band: PL/LM
Report To: Circle Manager
As Product Sales Specialist -Discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Performance
- Achieve sales and orders volumes at the target prices in assigned accounts/territory.
- Coordinate orders and sales forecasts within the applicable sales funnel tools and reports for in their assigned territory/accounts
Account Management
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high-quality interactions with customer management.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Opportunity Management
- Prospecting for new customers and business opportunities in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio.
- Prioritize new leads to create a balanced sales funnel for future sales.
- Coordinate client’s solution team on assigned accounts to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Product & Market awareness
- Develop a solid knowledge of the company’s products and service portfolio and competitors’ products.
- Develop and maintain expertise of market and technology trends to understand customer issues and challenges as well as educating customer on their unmet business needs.
Compliance
- Adhere to and uphold highest standards of compliance to relevant local Regulatory.
- Adhere to all applicable company compliance policies, codes and training requirements
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action requirement.
Qualification/Skills:
Required Education: Graduate/Diploma/BE BTech, Science Graduate
Experience: 5-10 years of Experience in the relevant field.
Specific Requirement: Must be willing to travel extensively

- Customer oriented and should have an in-depth knowledge of all the products.
- Self-motivated and determined to achieve challenging goals and objectives.
- Understand the clients’ needs and should have a vision to design strategies that will maximize the revenue of the organization.
