Responsibilities:

• Educate customers and sales staff on products
• Active and regular contact with customers, maintaining a high level of loyalty and product awareness
• Finding and developing key customers
• Adapting marketing materials
• Handling of quotations and customer needs
• Participation in marketing events

Requirements:

• Higher medical or biological education
• Upper Intermediate English proficiency
• Professional experience in marketing/promotion of products (Urin field)
• Knowledge of Russian laboratory diagnostics market, especially Urin market
• Successful experience in product launching on the market
• Experience of work with clients in the field of training on the equipment
• Skills in conducting interactive product trainings for sales staff and end users
• Experience in delivering presentations
• Experience communicating with laboratory physicians, including scientific and clinical collaboration
• Experience with reagent consumption worksheets, commercial proposals, and technical specifications for equipment
• Knowledge of clinical applications of modern laboratory diagnostic solutions
