Job Description:

Title: Training Product Specialist

The job responsibilities will include

(i) Acquire architecture level knowledge about Internal Products.

(i) Convert the acquired knowledge into presentations, videos, training materials.

(ii) Impart knowledge thru’ Webinars, Remote WebEx sessions, In-Person Trainings.

(iii) Be creative in content preparation to attract audience attention in training sessions.

(iv) Ability to communicate precisely and listen to comments carefully.

Technical Skills:

(i) Should have knowledge on Linux and Windows Server Operating Systems.

(i) Should have knowledge on networking, firewall, security.

(ii) Should have knowledge on Hypervisors.

(iii) Should have knowledge on cloud related technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Work Location and Timings:

(i) We prefer candidates based out of Hyderabad.  Chennai, Bangalore or Pune candidates can also be considered.

(i) Work mode will be Hybrid.

(ii) Should be flexible in timings. When a need arises to share knowledge with North America Engineers / Partners, should be willing to work in night / late night shifts.

Travel:

25% travel needed for this position.
