Position: Production Manager

Reports To: Manufacturing Head

Products: Interventional Cardiology

Location: Dehradun

Experience: Minimum 10 years working within production and manufacturing environment of stents and associated products

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executing the Production Plan, control Production processes effectively with Safety, Quality & Productivity. Aligning with PAN India initiatives related to the stent market.
• Manpower planning & allocation of people on the manufacturing lines during the shifts.
• Manage and lead a direct team and work closely with QA/RA team. Communicate production status to team and to upper management on a regular basis.
• Batch record Sheets, production logbooks, other documents required to meet GMP & HSE requirements
• Maintain & perform Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform the SAP transactions for accounting of material & FG's.
• Support new product development, trials, validation & CIP projects.
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment to ensure calibration status is always maintained.
• Introducing innovative manufacturing processes

Mandatory Requisites:

1. Education: A degree in an Engineering discipline is preferable.
2. Knowledge: In the manufacturing of medical devices, preferably Stents. 
3. Technology: SAP awareness, Computer savvy.
4. Other Skills: Team Building, Excellent communication skills, Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
