Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the quality and quantity of stock nomenclature for the most efficient loading of production;
• Preparation of the production plan for the two divisions (by product directions);
• calculating the timing of product availability;
• Ensuring the material needs of production: the calculation of shortages, control of the timing of supply;
• participation in optimizing the production process by means of high-quality long-term planning;
• Maximum utilization of production units taking into account international orders.
• Requirements:
• Higher education (technical will be an advantage);
• 2 years experience in production and supply planning in international companies is preferable;
• Communicative, customer oriented, obliging and responsible to work in time, flexibility and ability to work in non-standard situations, analytical thinking, ability to work with big data and numbers;
• knowledge of English, at least the level of Intermediate (participation in regional meetings on the loading of production);
• good command of Excel (formulas, macros, large tables, diagrams), Word, Power Point;
• Ability to read algorithms / flow charts, ability to present the process as an algorithm of actions;
• Experience in SAP is a must.
