Roles and responsibilities :

A strong Program Manager to will be responsible to  manage a portfolio of e Commerce Implementation projects managing the Software / Product development life cycle.

 

Responsible to handle multiple Projects in e-commerce space.

 

Will be leading technical teams in an Agile environment

 

To provide development leadership based on in-depth product and techno-functional knowledge in e Commerce, digital, and mobile technologies.

 

 To create and oversee project schedules; ensure timely completion through all phases; take lead on quality and compliance to enterprise standards.

 

To work as an integral part of a technically diversified team that consists of developers, architects, and QAs to ensure that agile stories being played.

 

To Assist and Support the release plan defined by the product teams and are delivered with high quality to businesses.

 

To Lead and engage in internal and external communications regarding all aspects of the Program consists of multiple projects, including technical discussions.

 

Conduct Discovery Workshops, Scoping, and Estimating, Project Planning and Execution,

Business Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, etc.,

 

Desired Profile:

Bachelor of technology / B.E or equivalent field, OR a combination of relevant education and experience.

 

14+ years of strong, professional experience with about minimum of 3 years in Program Management.

 

Should have experience in  managing  a portfolio of e Commerce Implementation projects with  working experience in the Software / Product development life cycle.

 

7+ years in project management handling multiple projects & 3+ years working as a Program Manager, preferably in an e Commerce or digital technology environment.

 

Must have strong design and implementation experience highly scale-able e Com sites with Multi sites/stores and geographically distributed environments.

 

Should have strong domain expertise and in-depth knowledge in building and delivering digital applications.

 

Adobe Certified developer/solution architect or certificates in similar enterprise e Commerce frameworks will be an added advantage.

 

Having experience with integrating e Commerce system  with ERP/CRM Systems is a plus.

 

Strong negotiations skills and should have empathy towards customer success and outcomes.

 

 Knowledge of Agile implementation methodologies is must.
