Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs involving multiple products (e.g., Collatio® Loan Ops Automation, Auriga® Knowledge Intelligence, Concentio® Connected Construction).
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with product, engineering, and client teams.
• Oversee integration efforts with client environments, including ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between Scry AI’s product teams, clients, and strategic partners.
• Facilitate regular status updates, executive briefings, and client steering committee meetings.
• Manage expectations, dependencies, and escalations across projects.

Operational Excellence

• Implement project governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, data privacy regulations).
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and optimizing delivery processes.

Technical & Product Alignment

• Translate client needs into product requirements and collaborate with product managers for roadmap alignment.
• Oversee proof-of-value engagements and ensure smooth transition to operational deployment.
• Understand and communicate technical capabilities such as AI-based OCR, NLP, predictive analytics, and API integrations.

• Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in program or project management within enterprise software, SaaS, AI/ML, or digital transformation domains.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, enterprise integrations, and document automation workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with complex interdependencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (preferred).
