About the Role:
Our client, a global leader in the technology and operations space, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that impact multiple business units. This is a high-visibility role, responsible for driving complex programs from concept to execution across cross-functional teams.

You will bring structure to ambiguity, manage stakeholder alignment, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of critical projects. The ideal candidate is data-driven, solutions-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments where business needs evolve rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large, complex programs across multiple teams and departments

• Translate business goals into executable project plans with clear milestones

• Analyze fragmented datasets to derive actionable insights and inform strategy

• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives

• Define and track KPIs to measure project success and operational health

• Proactively identify risks and escalate with contingency plans

• Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, operations, finance, etc.) to drive alignment and execution

• Author effective business documents and program reviews for leadership

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management

• Strong background in data analysis and performance metrics

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end program delivery and influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in process excellence or operational transformation

• MBA or Master’s in Business, Operations, or a related field

• Experience working in high-scale environments such as e-commerce, logistics, or enterprise technology
